2 (9.75 oz) cans chicken breast in water-drain
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8oz) Velveeta-cubed
1 (8oz) carton sour cream
1 (8oz) cream cheese-cubed
4 oz Hot Pepper Jack cheese-cubed
onion-chopped
green pepper-diced
1 clove garlic-minced
jalapeņo-diced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large greased crock pot. Cook until everything is melted. Serve with Tostidos Scoops.
