1 cup broccoli slaw ( found in produce aisle with the bagged lettuce)
1 cup cashews
1 cup sunflower kernels
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 package chicken Ramen noodle soup
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup oil
Seasoning from Ramen noodles


Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the broccoli slaw, sunflower kernels, green onions, and noodles only from the Ramen noodle soup ( do not use the cashews or the Ramen seasoning yet)
2. In a separate bowl, combine thesugar,cider vinegar, oil, and the seasoning from the Ramen soup
3. Refrgerate for several hours
4. A few hours before serving, add the cashews, stir and refrigerate again
5. Stir before serving
