1 1/2 to 2 lb. meat
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl well. Then put meat in a gallon bag (separate meat). Pour mixture with meat and seal. Put in refrigerator and allow to soak 24 hours before drying. Dehydrate for 2 hrs or when you think its done. Turn every 1/2 hour.
