2 pkg. frozen broccoli or the equivalent fresh broccoli
2 - 3 c. cut up bite-sized cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (I use some cheddar and some parmesan)
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli lightly. Drain and place in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. On top of broccoli put chicken. In another dish, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, and cheese. Stir well. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Drizzle butter over bread.

Cook 325 for 25-30 minutes or in the microwave until heated through. Do not cover.
