Salad:
1 large chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
3 C. uncooked tricolor spiral pasta
1 celery rib, diced
1-2 green onions, chopped
1/4 C. diced green pepper
1/4 C. diced red pepper

Dressing:
1/2 C. mayo
1/4 C. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Garnish:
2/3 c. cashews

Directions:
Cook the pasta. Cool. Mix salad ingredients together.

Mix the salad ingredients together. I like to add the dressing just before serving. Top with cashews.
