2 loves white bread dough, thawed
1 1/2 c sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c onion chopped
3 eggs
2 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
1# sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Add onion and mushrooms. Remove from heat.
Place mixture in bowl to cool Add spices. When cool, add eggs and cheese. Mix well.
For Vegetarian: eliminate the sausage and add veggies - colored peppers, zucchini, broccoli, etc.
Roll each loaf of dough into a 12x16 rectangle. Spread 1/2 of sausage mixture over dough. Roll up jelly roll style. Seal edges. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.
