3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
2 c. milk
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Puree broccoli with chicken broth and pour into top of double boiler. Combine other ingredients a little at a time in blender and add to broccoli mixture. Cook over medium heat until very warm. Do not let soup boil. Serve immediately. This soup may be chilled during the summer. The soup can be made ahead and placed in refrigerator until ready to heat and serve.
