12 roma tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro
1 1/2 red onions
1 carrot
12 serrano peppers
2 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
1 garlic head
3 limes
sugar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Smoke vegetables in 2 smokings. Process vegetables in food processor. Put tomatoes in last. Mix in bowl and add lime juice, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
