1 lb. goat cheese (chevre), softened
3/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 8 oz. jar basil pesto
1/3 c. slivered almonds, lightly toasted
4 oz. jarred sun-dried tomato pesto
1 basil sprig

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray 6" springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cream cheese and butter with a mixer at medium speed until very smooth.
2. Layer 1/3 of the goat cheese mixture, 1/2 the basil pesto, 1/2 the almonds and the tomato pesto in pan. Add 1/2 of the remaining goat cheese mixture, the remaining basil pesto and the remaining almonds. Top with the remaining goat cheese mixture.
3. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove pan sides and place torte on a plate. Let stand 1 hour before serving with crackers. Garnish with the basil sprig. Serves 20.
