Crust:
1 C flour
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/2 C melted butter
Filling:
2 egg whites
1 C powdered sugar
2 C sliced fresh strawberries
2 T lemon juice
1 C whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix all ingredients together. Spread evenly in 13x9x2 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º Stirring occasionally. Take 1/3 out of pan to use later.
Filling: Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, & lemon juice. Beat at high speed to stiff peak (about 15 minutes).
Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over the crust and top with the remaining 1/3 crumbs.
Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Serves 10-12
