1 - 16 oz. pkg. frozen French style green beans
1 - 16 oz. pkg. frozen shoe peg corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup+ shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 roll crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients well and put in a shallow baking dish. Add 1 cup or more of shredded cheddar cheese on top of mixture. Melt 1 stick of butter and add to it 1 roll crushed Ritz crackers. Put cracker mixture on top of cheese.
Bake at 350º for 45 - 50 minutes.
