1/4 C. dry bread crumbs
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. lemon-pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
3 T butter, melted
6 skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning in shallow dish. Dip chicken in crumb mixture, coating both sides. Melt butter in 9x12" baking dish. Add chicken in crumb mixture, coating both sides with butter. Put in pan and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
