Small pieces of Turkey
Walnuts or Pecans
Red Onion
Sliced Green Peppers
Cream Cheese
Eggs
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and cook them like you're making an omelet, in a separate pan heat up chopped nuts.
When egg omelet is ready, add turkey chunks, sautéed onions and peppers, spread on cream cheese, sprinkle plenty of nuts over cream cheese. Fold over and serve.
