Whip at high speed all of the ingredients-should look like thick cream. Fry on a hot greased griddle. They will cook quite fast, turn only once.

We would often go cross-country skiing in Thunder Bay on Saturday morning. After 10 km of trails it was fun to go to the Hoito Restaurant on Bay Street and order these Finnish Pancakes. Toppings include maple syrup, butter, or various fruit syrups.
