Marinade:
14 whole chicken wings
6 T. soy sauce
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. ground ginger

Coating:
1 c. cornstarch
1 c. flour
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. crushed red pepper

2 c. peanut oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Take 14 chicken wings and cut them at the joints to make 28 wing pieces. Put them in a container with the soy sauce, garlic salt and ground ginger, let marinate for a few hours or overnight. Drain.
Mix together cornstarch, flour, garlic salt and red pepper. Coat each wing piece in flour mixture and put in hot peanut oil for 5 minutes.

I used cloves of garlic in the marinade for a richer garlic flavor. Very good!
