1 large onion, chopped
2 bunches Broccoli
2 cans mushrooms, drained
Butter or margarine
garlic salt or powder
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and chop well. Place in casserole. Saute onion and mushrooms in butte4r and garlic salt. In saucepan, cook soup (with milk) until it boils. Add Velveeta cubes to soup, and stir until cheese is melted. Add onions and mushrooms to cheese sauce. Pour over broccoli and stir well. Stir half of the crackers into the casserole, and put other crumbled half of crackers on top. Bake uncovered at 325 for one hour.
