4 Cups Rhubarb 2 Cups Sugar 2 Heaping Tbsp. Cornstarch 2 Eggs 1/4 tsp. salt A few dots of Butter Sprinkling of Cinnamon
Mix cornstarch, sugar, and 1 cup boiling water. Cool and add beaten eggs. Mix into rhubarb.Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour into 9"X13" pan. Top with white cake mix. Bake @ 350º F for 1 hour.
And you all know ... good rhubarb comes from Rosemary!
