Old Bay Seasoning
8 quarter sized shrimp per serving
1/2 cucumber per serving -- peel & finely dice
1/8 c Prepared Hidden Valley Ranch
Dressing , per serving
Puff Pastry shells
2 tomatoes -- seed and chop
avocado, green onion & black olives,
chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil shrimp for 1 minute in hot water seasoned with Old Bay Seasoning.
Drain, let cool, and roughly chop.
Combine with cucumber and Ranch Dressing.
Stir in or top with avocado, green onions and black olives to your own liking.
Serve in puff pastry shells.
