1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3-4 (or 4-5 small) ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, butter, and eggs. Add mashed bananas. Mix dry ingredients and add to banana mixture, mixing well. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour, or bit more.
