1 cup fresh cranberries, cut in half
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon orange rind, finely grated
3/4 cup orange juice
1 egg

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoon margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Measure dry ingredients in a bowl, cut in margarine.
Add liquids and stir just til moistened. Bake 1 hour in buttered 9x5x3 loaf pan. Test with toothpick. Cool on wire rack before wrapping.
