3 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 t. salt
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cashews
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Combine oats, nuts, coconut, and sugar in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine syrup, oil and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto two baking sheets.

Bake for 75 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes- until golden brown. Cool completely, store in an airtight container.
