I large can chopped tomatoes with juice
1 can spicy rotel tomatoes with juice
1/2 vidalia onion
1/2 green pepper
jalapeņo (optional)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T. lime juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
Salt to taste

Chop all ingredients (roughly on pulse) in blender.

Add more jalopeno for spice factor. Also, using fresh tomatoes works in place for the canned tomatoes. Just add 1/2 can of green chilis if you use fresh. Make sure your cilantro is fresh - it makes the recipe!
