1 C Quaker quick cooking grits
1 1/2 tsp salt
garlic powder to taste
1 C velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 egg
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 3 C water with butter, salt, and garlic powder. (Can leave garlic powder out if serving for breakfast.) Add grits and boil for 5 minutes. Be
sure to stir while cooking. Cut up cheese in cubes and add to grits. Take grits off the burner. Beat the egg and put it in a 1 C container. Fill the
rest up with milk. Add to grits. Put in a baking dish and cook at 325 for 45 minutes.
