1 lb. of stew beef
1 can cream of mushroom (lower fat and sodium)
1 can cream of chicken (lower fat and sodium)
½ can water
½ can red wine or red cooking wine
½ package onion soup mix

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 3 hours.

Serve over brown rice or with mashed potatoes.
