4 med. carrots
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tea. flour
1/2 tea. celery seed
1/4 tea. salt

Directions:
Scrape carrots and cut in crosswise slices. Cook carrots with 1/4 cup water for 12 - 15 minutes in a tightly covered 2 - qt. saucepan over low heat. Brown butter in a small fry pan or saucepan. Stir in flour, cooking liquid liquid from the carrots, celery seed and salt. Cook over low heat 1 min., stirring constantly. Mix sauce with carrots.
