9 in. pastry shell
3/4 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. (6 oz ) cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 T. flour
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. evaporated milk

heat oven 425º prepare shell and bake 7 min.remove. Reduce heat to 350 º Brown sausage drain. Save 2 T. fat cook onions and green peppers. about 2 min. stir into sausage ,spoon mixture into pie shell . Sprinkle with cheese In a medium bowl beat eggs ,and add rest of the ingredients. Pour over cheese Bake 30-35 min. or the knife comes out clean.
