1/4 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 tea. Wondra quick mixing flour
1/3 cup chicken stock
10 large sea scallops (about 1# raw)
4 1/2 tea. S & B golden curry sauce mix

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour with milk and set aside. Coat large nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and heat to smoking. Remove from heat and quickly add scallops 1 by 1; return to heat and sear scallops on 1 side; then the other. Once cooked throughout, about 5 minutes, remove to a warm platter. Add curry paste and saute on med. low for about 10 seconds. Stir in milk mixture and continue to simmer till sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon, about 1 minute. Pour sauce over scallops, season with salt to taste and serve. Good served over rice.
