146 oz. can tomato juice
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
2 lb ground beef
1 ½ cups uncooked macaroni
½ cup onion chopped
1 egg
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 7 ingredients in saucepan and let heat up until it boils. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl and roll into balls. Once the sauce begins to boil add the balls of beef. Let them simmer together for 1 hour. Turn the meatballs over ½ way through.
