Dough:
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 ¼ cups flour
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Add flour and mix well. With spatula spread dough on bottom and sides of spring form pan. Bake 5 minutes at 450 degrees.
Batter:
3- 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
2 T flour
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
Mix everything at med. speed until blended. Blend in 3 eggs; one at a time. Pour into pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce to 250 degrees and continue baking until toothpick comes out dry.
