1 c. warm water
1/8 c. salt
2 T. garlic juice
1 c. lemon juice
2 T. tobasco
2 T. liquid smoke (hickory)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve salt in water, add other ingredients and shoot into a 12-15 pound turkey 12 hours before grilling or roasting.
(Served at Gma and Gpa Bartons, Thanksgiving 2010.)
