1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 C. milk
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 large egg
3/4 C. quick-cooking oats
1 small onion, chopped (1/4 C.)
1/2 C. ketchup

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Spread mixture in ungreased 9x13" pan, shaping into an 8x12" loaf within the pan (grease with drain to outside edges). Spread ketchup over top. Bake uncovered 1 hour.
