Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 large cans Franco-American spaghetti
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, saute chopped onion in margarine. Add ground beef and brown. Season with salt and pepper. Then stir in spaghetti. This can be baked in large iron skillet or in a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 425º for 20 min.

Top each serving with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

For those who are not "Schulzes" - this has been a long time favorite of all of us - and easy.
I mix some cheese in the spaghetti mixture.
You may have to get the Franco-American spaghetti-O's.
