1 lb curly spiral pasta, cooked, rinsed in cold water, drained well MIX: 1 pt. (2 C.) mayonnaise 1 C. white vinegar 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 1/2 C. sugar ADD: 2 medium green peppers 3 large carrots, grated 1 medium onion, chopped
Fold in pasta. Refrigerate several hours before serving or make day before.
