1 egg white (stiffly beaten, set aside)
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 cup flour
egg yolk
chopped nuts
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar butter and flour. Add one egg yolk, slightly beaten. Spread on a 10X 14 jelly roll pan sprayed with PAM oil. Spread beaten egg white over the top, sprinkle with 1/2-1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top immediately after removing from oven, cut into squares.
