1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
1 can crab or lobster drained
2 green onions, top and all (chopped)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon peel, 1/4 tsp dry mustard and a dash
3 eggs
1 cup light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put all (1st 4 ingredients) in unbaked pie shell. 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel, 1/4 tsp dry mustard and dash more. 3 eggs, 1 cup light cream, Beat and pour over above. Bake at 350 until set, about 1 hour.

Another variation of this recipe is cheese quiche. Just take out the crab meat or lobster.
