1 1/4 cups sugar
3 TBS cornstarch
2 cups cold water
1 small pkg strawberry jello ( dry)
4 cups fresh strawberries
1 large graham cracker pie crust
sweetened whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in sauce pan the sugar with the cornstarch, add the cold water and cook till thickened. Add the dry jello powder. Mix and cool. Stir cooled mixture into strawberries and put into pre-baked crust. Top with sweetened whipped cream.
