1 lb. beef stew meat
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 basket of cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1/3 cup sliced green olives
red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat, pepper and onion in some oil. Add tomatoes, olives and 1 to 1 1/2 cups of wine. Simmer covered in a skillet or Dutch oven for 2 hrs. Serve over rice.
