6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup soft butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3 very fresh perfect eggs ( no cracks)
sweetened whipped cream
pre-baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in microwave and cool ( a cool yet melted consistency.) In separate bowl beat together butter and powdered sugar. Drizzle in chocolate and beat well. Add raw eggs ( one at a time) and beat well after each one.

Put mixture in pre- baked crust . Chill (overnight is best). Top with sweetened whipped cream. Keep in refrigerator.
