24 mushrooms, cleaned 1/4 cup chopped onions 1 cup crushed bread crumbs 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp pepper
Remove stems and finely chop 1 cup and save .Saute onion and drain.Stir in mushroom strems, bread crumbs, cheese and pepper. Stuff caps with mushroom mixtureand arrange in pan.Heat covered 9-10 minutes. let stand uncovered 3 minutes before serving.
