1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 1/2 Tbs cornstarch
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
3 egg yolks slightly beaten
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
1 9inch baked pie crust
sweetened whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy sauce pan ,mix well together sugar and cornstarch . Add milk, lemon juice and egg yolks. Cook and stir till thick. Stir in butter. Cool completely. Stir in sour cream till well blended. Put into a pre-baked pie crust and top with sweetened whipped cream.
