4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 T sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups Crisco shortening
1 egg
1T. vinegar
1/2 cup very cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients, cut in shortening till fine. Mix together beaten egg, vinegar and water and add to first mixture. Stir till it comes together. Gather into 4 or 5 balls and flatten slightly . Roll out into a circle on well floured surface, using lots of flour on top and dusted again under crust as you roll .

The dough balls can be frozen or rolled out and put in pie tins and frozen
