4-6 fillets of cod, or any fish
1/4 c. buttermilk powder
1 t. mustard
2 T. grated parmesan cheese
2 pieces of English muffin toasting bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients and soak the fish in it for 1/2 hour. Put the bread in the food processor and wizz it up. Add 2 T. butter and wizz again. Put the fish on a lightly greased pan. Add extra marinade to the fish. Put crumbs on top. Bake hot. 400-425 till browned. Yum!
