1 can of cream of chicken
2 cups of chicken broth
2 Tbsp butter
4 Chicken breast cut in cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Brown chicken in butter mixture. Once chicken is brown, remove and brown rice in butter. Add chicken broth and cream of chicken and blend until creamy. Add chicken back into pan.

Pour mixture in 9x13 pan and bake in oven at 350º for 50 minutes
