3/4 cup sugar
3 heaping Tablespoons Flour
1 inch butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup milk(1 cup pet milk and 1 cup whole milk)
1 1/2 Tbl cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and sugar and coca together. Pour in 1/2(about) cup milk. Mix. It should be a thick paste. Mix in 3 egg yolks(well). Then add the rest of the milk to make 2 cups. Cook on medium in heavy pot stirring constantly until thick. Pour in baked pie shell. Add meringue and brown meringue in oven.

This is a basic cream pie. Just leave out the cocoa for banana cream, coconut cream or banana pudding
