1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 T. butter
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 t. salt
3 c. flour + 1/2 c. extra
2 1/2 t. yeast (1 packet)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let raise until double, punch down, raise a second time then put into greased bread pan. Poke with a fork. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Take out of the pan to cool.
Will make 1 loaf. Enjoy!

A nice rich, yellow, sweeter bread!
