1/2 c crisco 1 c sugar 1 egg 2 tsp. baking powder 2 1/2 c flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Cream shortening well add sugar and egg. Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, stir in vanilla. Chill. Rollout 1/16 inch. Bake 350 for 10 - 12 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
