3 c flour
4 T cocoa
2 c sugar
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c oil
2 c cold water
6 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. Make 3 holes and add oil, water, vinegar in each hole. Mix together and add vanilla. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and Frost
