3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 well beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 (10 oz. ) pkgs frozen strawberries- thawed and drained
1 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:
mix dry ingredients in large bowl . in another bowl mix eggs ,oil and thawed and drained strawberries. mix dry and other ingredients together. add pecans . mix well and pour into a2 large greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hr. at 350º
