1 refrigerated pie crust
7 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sour cream
2 T chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cheese
1 c. bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs, milk, sour cream, onion, and salt. Layer in a 9 in. glass pie pan bacon and cheese. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake at 350 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
