4 cups fully cooked chicken (cut/pulled in pieces)
2 can cream of chicken
2 can Rotel tomatoes
1 bag Doritos(original)
2 bags of Kraft Mexican cheese

*I sometimes only use I can of cream of chicken and Rotel tomatoes and 1 bag of cheese. It depends on how many I am feeding.

boil chicken until completely done. Cut into pieces.
Layer bottom of glass 9x13 pan with Doritos.
Next put boiled chicken pieces on top of Doritos.
Then mix together cans of cream of chicken and Rotel tomatoes. Pour on top of chicken pieces. Top with Mexcian cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Take off foil and bake until cheese is melted.

The only time consuming thing is boiling your chicken. Once that is done, your dish is finished except for melting your cheese. It is a delicious dish. I serve it with corn on the cob and cresent rolls. My family loves it.
